The Hotel is not liable for damages or losses arising from access to, use of, or misuse of the content on its website. Use of the site is at the user's own risk.

The Hotel is not responsible for discrepancies between the printed version of its documents (rates, policies, promotions) and the electronic version published on the website.

The user declares they are of legal age (18, or 21 where applicable) and have the legal capacity required to contract the services offered. If a minor books a reservation, the Hotel bears no responsibility; any related costs and consequences are the responsibility of the minor, their parents, or their legal guardians.

Casa Las Almas is an adults-only hotel: guests under 18 years old are not accepted.

To book, the user must follow the instructions in the site's purchase process, completing the requested information. By confirming the reservation, the user ratifies the dates, number of rooms and guests, and any specific condition detailed at that time. The user agrees that the information provided is accurate; a reservation made with false information is void, and the user is responsible for any processing costs their reservation generated.

The Hotel reserves the right to modify prices, with prior notice to the user. Once the reservation is confirmed, a confirmation will be sent by email.

Guests agree to use the room and the Hotel's facilities appropriately. Any conduct contrary to good manners or public order may lead the Hotel to ask the guest to leave the property, without compensation or refund, even if a charge has already been made.

Casa Las Almas does not discriminate against, select, or exclude guests based on race, gender, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other condition.

Well-behaved dogs and cats are accepted. A fee of USD 100 per pet, per stay applies. Any damage caused by the pet will be charged at check-out.

The website's content (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Casa Las Almas or of third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction, in whole or in part, without express authorization is prohibited.

Offers and promotions published on the website are valid only while they remain visible and available for booking through the established purchase process.

The Hotel may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect is the one published on this site; users are encouraged to review it before each booking.

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and applied under the laws of the State of Oaxaca, Mexico.

Reservations can be made through the booking engine on this website or the Hotel's contact channels, indicating arrival and departure dates, number of guests, and desired room category. The reservation is confirmed once the guarantee process described below is complete.

To confirm the reservation, a guarantee charge is made to the card provided, under the conditions of the selected rate shown at the time of booking.

If the charge is declined, Casa Las Almas will contact the guest to notify them and will allow a window to guarantee the reservation with another card or by bank deposit. If there is no response within that window, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Guests may cancel their reservation by contacting the Hotel directly. With 30 days or more notice before the arrival date, cancellation carries no penalty and the deposit is refunded in full. With 21 days or more (but less than 30), the deposit becomes a credit valid for one year from the original check-out date. With less than 21 days, the reservation is non-refundable.

A change to the reservation includes: changing the arrival date, shortening the originally booked stay, or changing the number of rooms booked. Changes requested within the cancellation window above are subject to the same conditions as a cancellation. Changing the name of the guest who made the reservation is treated as a cancellation.

These conditions do not apply to reservations made under special, promotional, or corporate rates: those rates carry their own cancellation conditions, shown at the time of booking.

Non-refundable rates: if the reservation was made under a rate marked non-refundable, the penalty for cancellation or change is 100% of the total stay amount, regardless of how much notice is given.

A no-show is when the guest does not arrive at the hotel on the arrival date and has not cancelled the reservation within the notice period in section 3.

For a no-show on a reservation guaranteed by credit card, a charge will be made to that card for the amount stated in the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking. If the guarantee was a deposit, cash, or bank transfer, that amount will be applied to the penalty. The hotel will notify the charge by email, with a cancellation confirmation document.

Rates are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN), per room, number of guests, and selected date; the booking engine may also show them in US dollars (USD). The reservation total includes VAT (IVA, 16%) and the Oaxaca lodging tax (3%).

To request an invoice, guests must present a valid tax ID (constancia de situación fiscal) at check-in. The invoice is issued for the total amount paid.

The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. If payment by deposit or transfer applies, contact reservations at office@casalasalmas.com or +52 273 116 3081 for current bank details.

• Adults only: guests under 18 years old are not accepted.
• Maximum occupancy: 2 guests per casita.
• Pets: see the conditions in the Hotel's Terms and Conditions.
• Accessibility: because the hotel sits on a hillside, getting around the property involves steps and paths that may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
• Parking: a limited number of spaces is available; please let the Hotel know before arrival if you need one.
• Non-discrimination: Casa Las Almas does not discriminate against or exclude guests based on race, gender, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other condition.
