Our palapa bistro sits beside the infinity pool and serves scratch-made food from local ingredients: Oaxacan breakfasts, fresh pasta, whole fish from the coast, and bread baked in house every morning.

Café María José is named for a very dear friend. Both the café and Bar Mapache offer friendly all-day service beginning at 8 am.

In the afternoon, the infinity pool and the Pacific in the distance set the scene for a margarita, a mezcal, a spritz, or a glass of wine from Bar Mapache.

Friendly all-day service beginning at 8 am, under the palapa and beside the infinity pool.

From 8 am
Wake up and walk along our garden paths to Café María José for a homemade bistro style breakfast. Espresso is served from 8:00 am.
In the afternoon
Spend quiet afternoons by our beautiful infinity pool, gazing out at the Pacific Ocean in the distance, with lunch and lighter fare from Café María José.
In the evening
A bistro serving modern comfort cuisine, made from scratch with quality ingredients.
As the sun sets
As the sun sets over the hills, start your evening with a small batch artisanal or ancestral regional mezcal, a craft cocktail, or a nice glass of wine.
